The slotting tool holder for round fixture fits the fixing system for slotting machines patented by Cabe. The tool holder, realized in rectified steel, is characterized by an advanced internal refrigerant cooling system and a high repeatability tool holder fixing system, guaranteeing that the tool is always at the centre of the hole. Every time you change tool holder, and use a different size, the tool is in the centre of the piece without the need to check the starting point.

The tool holder realized in one piece (monolithic) guarantees high stability and cutting precision.

The range is characterized by tool holders suitable for cutting rectangular keys with the width sizing from 4mm to 40mm.  Some are available also with two different lengths to suit every cutting need (standard or “L” codes). For high slots it is necessary to use the longer tool holder.

The tool holder’s dimensions depend on the measure of the insert used for the cutting. Before proceeding with the order, we recommend to control the dimensions of the tool in the technical sheet, that you can download.
